Design Notes
Part:BBa_K323087 was ligated into a vector containing Part:BBa_K323086 as a back insert. Part:BBa_K323131 was later ligated into the resulting BioBrick as a back insert. The fragment containing the latter three BioBrick parts was then ligated into the BsaI cloning site of Part:BBa_K323110.
Source
The part was designed from four parts (Part:BBa_K323110, Part:BBa_K323087, Part:BBa_K323086 and Part:BBa_K323131) that our team previously constructed.
